Biden Comes For The Filibuster 🚨
President Biden has consistently caved to the radical left. Now, it’s happening over abortion. Yesterday, he called for blowing up the Senate filibuster so liberal activists can get their way.
It doesn’t matter that many in his own party have gone on the record against this idea. Or that Biden himself defended the 60-vote requirement for decades. The far left is angry—and for Biden, that’s enough to destroy this Senate norm. Of course, ending the filibuster is just one item on liberals’ revenge wishlist. This week, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) called for packing the Court and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said impeaching justices should be on the table.
This post-Roe tantrum could be just the beginning. It’s up to leaders in Washington on both sides of the aisle to protect the integrity of the Senate and the Court.

Americans Win Big Against Big Government 🥳
It’s been two big weeks at the Supreme Court. And conservatives got another victory yesterday when justices put long-overdue limits on the Environmental Protection Agency’s power.
In a 6-3 decision, the Court said that the EPA overstepped its bounds by making rules on power plants that kneecapped an entire energy sector. The decision prevents the EPA from creating additional red tape that drives up prices even more for families. The good news doesn’t end there. The Court also agreed that big questions affecting our entire economy should be decided by Congress, not unelected bureaucrats.
We know this won’t end the Biden administration’s attack on American energy production. But hopefully, it will ensure that the people’s elected representatives are responsible again for the policies that impact their lives.
